ProFill 100

The ProFill 100 Capsule Filling Machine utilizes an advanced design for fool-proof manual filling of two-piece capsules. With the ProFill 100 machine, there is no need for expensive capsule filling equipment and electrical/vacuum connections. The ProFill 100 comes fully equipped to handle one capsule size; by adding inexpensive size change parts you can fill additional capsule sizes. This convenient unit is simple to use and easy to clean. It manually fills 100 capsules per cycle, and can produce up to 1,500 capsules an hour.

ProFill DB

Designed specifically for filling DBcaps^® capsules, the ProFill DB orients, separates, and locks DBcaps capsules without vacuum or pneumatics, allowing you to double blind 1,000 to 1,500 doses/hour depending on operator speed. Easy cleaning as powder contact parts are stainless steel & anodized aluminum. Separate system required for each capsule size.
