Collecting a random sample of capsules from a large incoming shipment can be an arduous task. Where applicable and available, our unique Pre-Shipment Sampling Service can save time and money.

During capsule production, a random sample of approximately 5000 capsules is collected in order to achieve a representative sample of the entire shipment. These 5000 capsules are then placed into a plastic bag, and then packaged in a specially-labeled box.

What are the benefits?
This service provides an unaltered, objective and representative view of the capsule shipment, taken in a way that avoids opening and exposing multiple cartons to potential atmospheric contamination. It saves time, reduces cost, minimizes errors, and improves material handling and receiving efficiencies.
