Key responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding work direction and leadership, ensuring team members strictly adhere to processes, procedures, and instructions on the shop floor.

  • Manage the flawless operations and maintenance of all processes, ensuring equipment upkeep is efficient.

  • Plan and review production schedules, batch records, and deviations to determine the best course of action.

  • Resolve work orders, preventive maintenance, deviations, and documentation issues promptly.

  • Lead the hiring, mentoring, and performance management of employees with a proven track record.

  • Offer on-the-floor training to support technical and GMP requirements, ensuring all team members are proficient.

  • Coordinate forecast and budget management, including direct and indirect materials and overtime.

  • Communicate effectively with collaborators such as next shift supervisors, QA, MSAT, and other related functions.

  • Adhere to defined Safety and Sustainability requirements, taking initiative to seek clarification when needed.

  • Report any Safety and Sustainability issues or opportunities promptly and ensure they are accurate whenever feasible.

  • Stop work when necessary to maintain a safe environment.

Key requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • 5 - 6 years of experience managing personnel in a manufacturing setting.

  • cGMP experience is preferred
