Bioprocess Design and Operation - Enhanced Bioreactor Observability and Process Guidance

Bend Research, in collaboration with Pfizer and other major biopharmaceutical companies, is working to advance the Modular Automated Sampling Technology (MAST™) and automated data retrieval and analysis platforms.

This presentation describes how the MAST platform collects samples from bioreactors and initiates automated analysis via analytical equipment. It then describes how the data processing system processes and displays data for the end user for overall cell-level observability, and ultimately aides in data curation for model development.
