As a Formulations Processor I, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing operations, ensuring flawless production of high-quality formulations in Greenwood, SC, USA. Essential Functions:

• Processors accurately blend sets of defined ingredients into master batches and process them to strict specifications to ensure the highest quality formulations and reliable downstream process.
• When the indicators are ‘GREEN’, the process is under control. The Processor relentlessly monitors the condition of the process and immediately remediates any deviation.
• The Processor ensures formulations meet quality standards by monitoring controls, samples, and signals.
• Setting high standards for process control and quality enhances batch output, aligns with downstream processes, improves process and material efficiencies, and swiftly addresses issues.
• Orderly work areas reduce workplace hazards and ensure product compliance. Cleanliness also reflects a controlled process and improves the appearance of the company to onlooking fellow colleagues and visitors.
• Maintain production records as required by Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends, holidays, etc.
• Must be able to work additional hours/days as business needs dictate.
• Being present at the plant site is a key aspect of this role.
• The Formulations Processor provides backup for other Formulations Processors.

Other Duties:

• Must meet expectations on Safety, Attendance, Teamwork, Quality, and Efficiency metrics.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent experience.
• Must score a 50 or less on Color Hue Test.
• Ability to work with percentages, decimals, and fractions and do related calculations.
• Ability to accurately use precision weighing equipment.
• Lift, push, and pull objects up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer skills.
