Free Webinar - Date : 12 March 2026 | 12:00PM CET

Advancing acid labile or sensitive APIs is often slowed by coating steps that add time and complexity. This webinar offers a concise, science led look at recent data supporting the performance of a coating free, intrinsically enteric hard capsule, evaluated across established methods and studies.

We will focus on how capsule performance has been evaluated across compendial, in vitro, biorelevant, and in vivo methods, and we will outline customization options to support development from lab to proof of concept.

What’ll cover

  • Capsugel® Enprotect® capsule key features, a new enteric capsule without a post filling coating step
  • In vitro evaluation of enteric behavior using compendial protocol and biorelevant models SHIME® and Dynamic Gastric Model (DGM)
  • In vivo evaluation in healthy volunteers through two different analysis, in fasted and postprandial conditions
  • Customization pathways to expand delivery possibilities to support targeted release profiles and formulation fit

Why join us?

  • You work with acid sensitive or labile APIs and need enteric delivery options that avoid coating.
  • You want a concise review of published and presented scientific data on Capsugel® Enprotect® capsules.
  • You are exploring capsule technology that can be tailored (polymer grades, design) for your development needs

Join us to learn how Capsugel® Enprotect® capsules and our Innovaform® Accelerator customization capabilities can accelerate early development, simplify scale up, and enable innovative drug delivery strategies.
