Each Lonza manufacturing site has a business continuity plan in place which considers the local situation, government requirements and guidance, the number of employees and type of manufacturing that takes place. Our site plans also include communication and cooperation with local health authorities and other relevant stakeholders.
Lonza sources materials from suppliers across the globe and the supply chain of each material is mapped and monitored. We encourage you to reach out to your dedicated account team for any updates related to your orders.
Rest assured that the robust quality system in place for sourcing key raw materials is aimed at safeguarding the integrity of our supply chain. We have instituted best practices to mitigate risks, while maintaining the quality, safety and traceability of our empty capsules, dosage form solutions, and ingredients.
